15th World Bank Implementation Support Mission

The Department of Agriculture - Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP), through the Regional Project Coordination Office 8 (RPCO 8 ), visited the Panaloytoyon Fish Sanctuary of Brgy. Sta. Margarita, Quinapondan, Eastern Samar earlier today, November 28, 2022. The said sanctuary is one of the beneficiaries of PRDP’s Global Environmental Facility - Natural Resource Management (GEF-NRM) projects.
 
The visit is part of the 15th World Bank Implementation Support Mission (WB ISM) to monitor and assess PRDP-funded projects across the country. Together with staff from the PRDP National Program Coordinating Office and Project Support Office, the said mission was headed by World Bank consultant, Mr.Jim Hancock; GEF-NRM Unit Head, Mr. Ulyssess Triambolo; PRDP RPCO 8 Deputy Project Director, Dr. Jenny Lyn Almeria; and Quinapondan Mayor, Hon. Rafael Asebias.
