DA RFO 8 celebrates Women's Month

In connection with the 2023 National Women's Month Celebration, one of the highlights during the flag raising ceremony this morning was an overview of said celebration. Dir. Elvira C. Torres, Regional Technical Director for Research and Regulations and the GAD Focal of DA RFO 8, emphasized the recurring theme of the celebration for the next 6 years, which is WE (Women Empowerment) for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society.###
