RED Andrew Rodolfo T. Orais of the DA RFO 8 participated in the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) Stakeholder's Consultation Meeting, with no less than PCA Administrator Bernie F. Cruz and other key stakeholders of the program, yesterday, March 9, 2023 at PCA RO 8.In the morning, RED Orais also graced the MOA Signing on Coconut Seed Farm Establishment and Consultative Meeting for Improved Coconut Yield & Accelerate Poverty in Southern Leyte with,Cong. Christopherson 'Coco' Yap, at SLSU Hinunangan.
